This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role, based in Richmond, VA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative and functional interior environments that align with client goals. Responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, developing construction drawings, FF&E selection and procurement, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring design excellence within budget and timeline constraints.
