PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft Analyst

Seeking a PeopleSoft HCM professional with expertise in business analysis, HCM functionality, SQL scripting, reporting, process mapping, requirements gathering, system integration, testing, and PeopleSoft queries. Experience with functional design, data flow, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise HCM enhancements is required. PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft Analyst opening. PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with expertise in HCM modules, business analysis, SQL, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements, a PeopleSoft Analyst specializing in HCM implementations, functional analysis, data integration, testing, and process optimization. Role: Peoplesoft Integrator or Peoplesoft Analyst State of NY -NY MTA. Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Working Hours : 35h/week Responsibilities: Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality. Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements. Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs. Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities. Ensure applications align with business needs and collaborate with process owners to resolve issues. Define data flow and ensure integration between business processes and systems. Facilitate requirements gathering and user design sessions with key stakeholders. Collaborate and coordinate project deliverables with other MTA groups such MTAIT, Performance Management, etc. Collaborate with application designers to complete system enhancement designs. Design and develop reports for HCM users. Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing. Assist the team lead in defining staffing, responsibilities, and schedules for system enhancements. Identify cross-team issues and coordinate their resolution. Develop PeopleSoft queries to meet reporting needs. Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.
