AMPS Talent may use technology-assisted tools and recruiter expertise to match your profile with job opportunities. Submission of your profile to a client or employer does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any particular outcome.

6. Employer and Client Services

Employers and clients who use our Services agree to:

• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment and employment purposes
• Not disclose candidate information to unauthorized third parties
• Not discriminate against candidates in violation of applicable law

You retain ownership of your original content and may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our data retention policies and applicable legal obligations.

8. Fees and Payment

Some Services may require payment of fees. All fees will be communicated to you in advance and are due as specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law

We do not guarantee employment, placement, or successful recruitment outcomes. AMPS Talent acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not a party to any employment relationship that may result from our Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMPS Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to reputation or goodwill
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
